This Refund Policy applies to the AI-Powered Trading & Market Intelligence Program and any other program offered by Mr Trade & Stocks, an initiative of Mudrank Private Limited (“we”, “us”). Enrolment and payment are processed through ClassPlus. By enrolling, you agree to this policy.
1. 7-day refund window
You may cancel your enrolment and request a refund within 7 days of the date of enrolment.
2. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, fees paid are non-refundable for any reason, including withdrawal, cancellation, or not attending sessions. The fees cover program delivery and operating costs, such as live sessions, course materials, trainer time and platform access.
3. How to request a refund
Within the 7-day window, email mrtradeandstocks@gmail.com or call +91-8261017667 with your full name, registered phone number, the program name and your payment/transaction reference.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used on ClassPlus. Approved refunds are processed within 15 days of approval. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. If we cancel or reschedule a batch
If we cancel or postpone a batch, you may move your enrolment to another batch at no extra cost. Fees are not refunded in this case.
6. Exceptional circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit beyond the 7-day window. Such exceptions are decided case by case and are not guaranteed.
